TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

  • Omaamart (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides interior design services and related products across India.

  • By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Omaamart reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services & Deliverables

  • Our services include interior design consultation, planning, product sourcing, and execution.

  • All design concepts, timelines, and project deliverables will be discussed and finalized with the client before execution.

  • While we strive to deliver designs as agreed, slight variations in materials, colors, or finishes may occur due to availability or technical limitations.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon full or partial advance payment as mutually agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where applicable).

  • Omaamart reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or non-payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once an order or service is booked, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

  • Advance payments or booking amounts are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • In case of project modifications, Omaamart may offer alternate solutions, but monetary refunds will not be issued.

5. Timelines for project comple

  • Timelines for project completion or delivery will be communicated during booking. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., vendor supply issues, transportation, strikes, natural events).

  • Omaamart shall not be held liable for such delays, though reasonable efforts will be made to complete the project on time.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Once an order or service is booked, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

  • Advance payments or booking amounts are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • In case of project modifications, Omaamart may offer alternate solutions, but monetary refunds will not be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All design concepts, drawings, 3D models, and related intellectual property remain the property of Omaamart until full payment is received.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of our designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Omaamart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

  • Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service or product purchased.

9. Governing Law

 

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
